Composition of the Board

Sampo's Board of Directors is appointed on an annual basis at the Annual General Meeting. The current members of the Board were elected at the Annual General Meeting, which was held on 04/07/2009.

The Nomination and Compensation Committee proposes to the Annual General Meeting 2010  that all the current members are re-elected.
