Auditor
Sampo plc has an Auditor that the Annual General Meeting selects based on the proposal of the Nomination and Compensation Committee. The Auditor must be an Authorized Public Accountant authorized by the Finnish Central Chamber of Commerce or a Firm of Authorized Public Accountants authorized by the Finnish Central Chamber of Commerce. The Auditors' term of office lasts from their election until the end of the following Annual General Meeting.
The Annual General Meeting decides on the auditing fees payable to the Auditor.
The auditor of the companies in Sampo Group is Ernst & Young Oy, Authorized Public Accountant and the responsible auditor is Heikki Ilkka, APA.
