Compensation Principles

Sampo plc's Board of Directors approved the updated Compensation Principles of Sampo plc on 14 September 2011. These updated principles apply to all companies within Sampo Group and they replace Sampo plc's Compensation Code that was approved by the Board of Directors on 8 June 2010.
