Profit Distribution

According to the Sampo Board's distribution policy the company aims to distribute an annual dividend corresponding to a dividend yield of 4-6 per cent. However, dividends cannot exceed reported profit after tax (excluding extraordinary items) for the calendar year for which the dividend is paid.

Share buy-backs can be used to complement dividends.
