S&P indicates an uppgrade in Rating of Sampo P&C Insurance Companies
Stock Exchange Release - 11/28/2001 at 02:20 PMStandard & Poor´s has today confirmed its single-'A'-minus long-term counterparty credit and insurer strength ratings to Sampo's property & casualty insurance companies. At the same time, S&P placed the companies on CreditWatch with positive implications to upgrade the ratings to A. S&P indicates the rating upgrades to occur when the If arrangement comes into force.
The ratings concern Sampo plc's Finland-based subsidiaries Sampo Insurance Company Ltd and Sampo Industrial Insurance Company Ltd.
