Notification of change in Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company’s holding in Sampo plc

Sampo plc (business code 0142213-3) has today received a disclosure under Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which the total number of Sampo A shares and related voting rights owned by Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company has through share disposals decreased today below one-tenth (1/10) of Sampo plc’s entire stock and voting rights.
