Sampo plc arranges a Capital Market Day for investors in London today. The event can be followed on a live webcast at Internet address www.sampo.com/ir.

The Capital Market Day begins with a presentation of Kari Stadigh, Group CEO and President, at approximately 1.15 pm UK time (2.15 pm CET). The information to be presented and discussed at the Capital Market Day will include e.g. the first quarter results, developments on the P&C insurance and accounting for the Nordea stake.

The presentations will be recorded and will be available on Sampo's Internet pages at www.sampo.com/ir after the end of the CMD.
