Sampo’s Financial Statement Release for 2008 will be published on 11 February 2009

Sampo’s Financial Statement Release for January – December 2008 will be published on 11 February 2009 between 9.30 am and 10.00 am Finnish time. The result release, webcast presentation of CEO’s review and the supplementary financial information package will be available on the Internet at www.sampo.com/ir.

Sampo will arrange a press conference on 11 February at 1.30 pm Finnish time at Palace (Sea cabinets 1 & 2, Eteläranta 10, 10th floor, Helsinki). Group CEO and President Björn Wahlroos will present Sampo’s result for year 2008. The press conference is held in Finnish.
