Sampo’s website has been renewed

Sampo plc has renewed the website www.sampo.com. The website strongly focuses on IR and media communications and has now a new technical platform, a modernized visual look and a revised website structure. The website covers also new information on Sampo Group.

New functionalities include a Calendar, a corporate presentation video on Sampo's milestones on the 21st century and a glossary on insurance terms. The glossary includes life and P&C insurance terminology as well as financial statement terminology with explanations for each term. Feedback can be easily given and Sampo's IR and Group Communications reached via a new feedback form on the main page.

The most significant changes in the website structure are a new more visible location for the Corporate Governance, Crash Course and Releases sections. All these sections are lifted to the main navigation bar. Financial material, videos, audio material, photos and logos are available in a new section called Materials. There are two language options for the website, English and Finnish.

The aim for website renewal was to modernize the visual look of the site and to create an easy-to-navigate website structure. The user experience was designed by Finnish advertising agency Rientola and technically implemented by Nordic IT service company Tieto.
