Please read the instructions in the job advertisement on how to apply. Generally, our recruitment processes include at least the following elements:
2-3 interviews
Our aim is to understand your skills, motivation, and competencies. For you, this is an opportunity to learn about the role, the team, and the company culture. During the interviews, you will meet your potential future leader, HR, and/or a colleague. Every candidate hired will be interviewed personally by the hiring manager at Sampo and often face to face.
Tests & assignments
To ensure your skills matches the role and the team, we might ask you to complete a small assignment or an ability or personality test. You will always get feedback from the leader or from HR in case you are asked to complete a test or an assignment.
Job and internship opportunities for students
Sampo plc does not currently have a summer job or internship programme. If you are interested in an internship or working for Sampo Group during the summer, we recommend that you keep an eye on vacancies in our subsidiaries or contact them directly.

Sampo Group is a Nordic insurance group that also operates in the Baltic countries and the United Kingdom. Sampo plc has offices in Helsinki, Stockholm, and Copenhagen. Our Helsinki office is the Group headquarters, and most of the Sampo plc employees are based there. Our offices in Stockholm and Copenhagen are joint with local If offices.
