During the financial year, Sampo plc publishes three interim reports, a full-year result release and an Annual Report.

Both interim reports and result releases include explanatory and table parts. The explanatory part consists of an overall review of the Group's financial position and result, their development during the interim period or financial year, and the management's estimate of future development. The financial statements release also includes the Board of Director's proposal for profit distribution.

In addition to the financial statements prepared in accordance with the IFRSs, the Annual Report includes the Board of Director's report, the parent company's financial statements together with the notes and general information about the Group.
